[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital document scanning and conversion services including Convert paper records to preferred digital format, maintain accurate naming structure for digital files, Ease of search in document management system of uploaded files and ensure certain documents are searchable using optical character recognition.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2017.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 28, 2017
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
