(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services to develop a candidate profile through interviews, propose a tentative schedule of events for the recruitment process based upon a potential contract announcement for the new administrator, review compensation and recommend changes based on market and competitive positions and advertise the position both locally and nationally for recruiting for an experienced administrator to the government authority located in Nixa, MO.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
