[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management solution for organize, automate and synchronize business processes, operations, communications and data analysis, attracting and enrolling new students, ability to create multiple communication flows and a platform to send unlimited emails with response capability, ability to manage an unlimited number of events, payment processing and unlimited data storage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
