[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party medicaid claiming management software and services that must be compatible with the following browsers: internet explorer, Firefox Mozilla, and Safari and Google Chrome, allow the district to download real time data, ability to transfer data as well as records, maintain financial and accounting records and evidence, allow for unique identification of students.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide third party medicaid billing agent for all claims submitted for direct therapy services provided to students, web-based billing system to capture the provision of medically necessary direct therapy services and claims management system must be able to construct claims acceptable to medicaid.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
