(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll process and compliance audit services for student including payroll and student activities audit will entail an audit of the districts payroll process and procedures, payroll and student activities audit will review and test the system of administrative control over compliance with federal laws and regulations to the extent considered necessary by the auditor, payroll and student activities audit should go beyond the requirements of applicable statutes and regulations in an effort to provide all necessary information to the many persons and groups with legitimate interests in the financial affairs,etc.to the government authority located in Saint Louis, MO.
