[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water transmission, large diameter sewer and force main condition assessment services for 45 miles of water, sewer and sewer force mains that could cause significant impacts to the community and existing infrastructure if a failure occurred and determining which segments of the 45 miles of pipe will be inspected to the government authority located in Lees Summit, MO.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 16, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
