[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services including to the government authority located in Warrenton, MO.
1) All bathrooms cleaned in designated area
a. Paper towel, T.P. and soap dispensers filled.
b. Floors, toilets, urinals and sinks disinfected.
c. Feminine napkin holders emptied along with new liners installed.
d. Trash emptied and new liners installed.
2) Trash taken out and new liners installed
3) Tables wiped and chairs arranged properly.
4) Bleachers swept before pushing in
a. Mopped if needed
5) Concession stand cleaned
a. Trash cans emptied
6) Wet mop and dry mop halls, vacuum rugs
7) Clean entry windows
8) Turn off all lights and lock all doors.
a. Don’t forget the press box if used along with all exterior doors in sports area
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
