Government Authority Located in St. Charles, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fiduciary services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary services to eligible employees to the government authority located in St. Charles, MO.
- Record keeping services are separately maintained by each provider, plan assets are held in trust in the form of individual annuity contracts, statements are delivered to participants on a quarterly basis, must be a top tier retirement plan advisor, provide comprehensive information regarding taxes and tax treatment of the plans and participant benefits, analyze the 401(a) and 457(b) plan current investment and record keeping platform as needed including benchmarking of fees and investment performance, review for recommended changes of desirable investment programs, identify and monitor investment advisor, custodial, and administration services, provide ongoing communications to plan participants, conduct employee education meetings in accordance with the annual communication plan, advice on the selection of appropriate investment class options, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
