[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide retirement plan advisor services for consult regarding compliance items that impact our plan, who can provide a third-party opinion regarding any new record-keepers we should be considering, assistance in navigating complex regulatory rules and regulations, and provide investment management services to the government authority located in Kansas, MO.
- Ability to administer an investment plan which is appropriate and cost-efficient for similar
school, government, or non-profit organizations,
- Ability to clearly communicate investment plan details for the retirement plan committee
and for the plan participants,
- Ability to assess plan options, report on non-performing plan options, and communicate
on decision rationale when making plan changes,
- Ability to meaningfully understand and monitor plan compliance needs and to stay
compliant and current on new regulatory requirements,
- Ability to provide timely and informative guidance regarding any new or existing recordkeeper
features or benefits,
- Availability for occasional onsite meetings with school directors and board members and
provide consultation on creating a sound fiduciary and compliance oversight process.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
