[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online employee benefits enrolment system.
- supports employee self-service enrolment at the time of hire, rehire, upon experiencing a qualifying event and during annual open enrolment,
- Supports multiple pay groups within biweekly and monthly payroll cycles
- provides support for affordable care act compliance,
- produces annual total rewards statements
- includes seamless mobile functionality and offers app services via smart devices,
- provides reports to support creation of carrier self-bills,
- provides required notices and tracking of COBRA eligible participants, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
