[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fundraising campaign consultant services for building a successful fundraising program and culture including
- Analysing personnel resources and functions and evaluating fundraising program and its ability to
conduct a capital and major gift campaign
- Review fundraising policies and procedures, including donor database and prospect system, donation recording and receipting and donor relations and stewardship
- Conduct an analysis of selected peer institutions with similar fundraising goals to provide
comparative information for fundraising activities, budgets, staffing structure and institution-wide
supporting resources
- Identify best practices for comprehensive major giving programs and capital campaign
Implementation
- Evaluate fundraising communication and marketing efforts including print, electronic, web and
other media for internal and external audiences and their effectiveness
- Provide recommendation for improving the overall fundraising program and culture training
- Identify training needs related to specific responsibilities and actions required of Chancellor, officers, Foundation board members and trustees for a comprehensive fundraising program and capital campaign, etc.to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 11, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
