[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide land management software for support the planning and development department services for permitting, plan review, inspections, code enforcement, case management, and other development activities.
- Move to a Cloud and SaaS model running on the Microsoft platform to allow the City to scale, reduce costs, leverage existing skills, and minimize ongoing IT involvement.
- Streamline processes and reduce response time.
- Provide field personnel with on and off-line capabilities with access to all system data.
- Implement a comprehensive, out of the box solution.
- Improve Cross-City collaboration.
- Improve customer service via 24/7 access and the ability to stay informed via text/email.
- Enable transparency to the process.
- Provide a holistic solution that is auditable, provides a log of evidence, and maintains a single client record.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
