[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to Laserfiche software to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.
- Service included Remote Help Desk 7am-6pm Monday to Friday, remote Software Access/Fix 7am-6pm Monday - Friday, Remote Administrator Assistance 7am-6pm Monday to Friday, Remote Scanner Assistance 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and Software Manufacturer Support.
- Remote helpdesk and remote technical services shall be provided by the contractor through remote means between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
- Help Desk/technical support personnel should be knowledgeable and technically trained to answer/resolve system technical support problems.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
