[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Market and Compensation Study Services for the total compensation plan and the consulting services related to the benefits and compensation system to base pay, performance incentives, allowances, and legally required taxes and benefits, the total compensation package received by employees with the District as it relates to both the external and internal market
- Review all Administrator, Professional and Support Employee job descriptions and make recommendations for updates and salary schedule placement
- Compare Administrator, Professional and Support Employee salaries to internal and external markets. The market analysis should include schools and non-schools. Determine if there are compression or inequity problems and make recommendations for improvements
- Review off-schedule positions and make recommendations for equitable salary increases from year to year
- Review all salary schedules for equity in steps and ranges
- Copy of the 2018-2019 salary schedules
- Current payroll information for purposes of analysis
- Copy of organizational charts
- Copies of all wage and salary personnel policies
- Copies of performance evaluation tools
- Access to in-house contact persons as needed through the project manager
- Other information reasonably required by the Proposer to successfully complete the project to the government authority located Lee's Summit, MO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 25, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
