(1) Vendor needs to provide communication strategy and services for develop and administer electronic surveys, analyse results, develop a one-pager with key takeaways and extension messaging, establish a strategic approach to messaging based upon feedback from staff to increase the likelihood that employees, develop messaging one-pager, research, develop and write e-newsletters, develop video interview questions and video structure, develop content for posters, develop and plan webinars.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
