[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate auctioneer services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.
- All auction services will be considered strictly confidential between the successful respondent
- The successful respondent will not discuss any auction information or documents with third parties unless authorized
- If available, and to the best of our ability, will furnish all right-of-way plats, surveys, building plans, engineering data, appraisals, operating expense, and other pertinent data, including deed references, environmental reports and tittle certificates, required to enable the auctioneer to complete his services
- The Successful respondent will be entitled to the lesser of the commission or the withdrawal fee in the event the proposed sale does go to settlement and closing
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 14, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2018.
