(1) Vendor needs to provide market and compensation study consulting services who will assist the district in reviewing the existing salary schedules system in terms of compensation and make recommendations for improvements to the existing system to the government authority located in Lees Summit, MO.
- Review all administrator, professional and support employee job descriptions and make recommendations for updates and salary schedule placement.
- Compare administrator, professional and support employee salaries to internal and external markets. the market analysis should include schools and non-schools. determine if there are compression or inequity problems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Review off-schedule positions and make recommendations for equitable salary increases from year to year.
- Review all salary schedules for equity in steps and ranges.
