[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search and recruitment services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.
- Develop comprehensive position profile – job definition and analysis – with council input.
- Review compensation and recommend changes based on market and competitive positions.
- Recruitment – announcement placement, candidate identification and solicitation.
- Screening – resume review and candidate evaluation – narrow field of candidates to match profile and council priorities – include preliminary reference checks.
- Interview process – question development – assistance with interviews and evaluation of interviews.
- Candidate background investigation – reference and background check of top candidates.
- Search report with recommendations – include detailed information on top candidates.
- Negotiation and follow up – salary and additional compensation, start date, etc.
- Notification to all applicants of final appointment decision.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 4, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
