[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal advertising services.
• Produce and promote new growth from national, regional and local advertisers.
• Identify, develop and implement new advertising opportunities as well as enhance existing advertising displays.
• Retain traditional airport advertisers and attract new advertisers that are relevant to the local market and facility users.
• Provide a contemporary and innovative advertising program that utilizes state of-the-art technology and optimizes advertising effectiveness while minimizing visual clutter.
• Provide advertising that showcases the uniqueness, its businesses, culture and quality of life.
• Maintain a commitment to the airport's natural beauty theme through coherent and complementary advertising that is aesthetically consistent with the design and architecture of
airport properties.
• Provide advertisers with campaign opportunities that integrate multiple media formats.
• Provide excellent customer service to the airport advertisers.
• Evaluate current advertising and provide an aesthetic review of all advertising for acceptability and attractiveness.
• Administer advertising contracts, including designing, scheduling and monitoring.
• Installation, maintenance, and removal of displays.
• Reporting advertising contracts, their administration and revenue accrued. Address contract administration issues, including dispute resolution.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 28, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
