(1) Vendor needs to provide wide-area network services for point-to-point fiber via a hub and spoke topology, activate the fiber connections in each building, either with transceivers and routers, connected back to the location of the data center, able to pass all standard Ethernet protocols to any point in their network, able to pass all educational traffic, support costs must be included in the lease costs or identified in the non-recurring costs to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2019.
