Government Authority located in Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for VoIP Phone System.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP Phone System for educational organization to replace its current VOIP telecommunications system including 24x7x365 support must be provided, outages due to system updates must be included in availability calculation, call logging numbers, dates and times for incoming calls to a specific extension that can be exported as evidence, ability for admin to limit who can call internationally, ability to restrict devices to extension dialling only, ability for to change music-on-hold and message-on-hold, route calls to the public service answering point with the correct physical address for that station, ability to download voicemails, multiple lines on one console for executive assistants and receptionist personnel internal directory available on the phone, access to system management functions via web, the ability to port current numbers into the new system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 4, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
