[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting services for analysis, evaluation, information and recommendations in the design, funding, compliance and administration of its medical, dental, life insurance, group legal, spending accounts and vision program administration and long-term disability plans, review year-to-date plan experience, advise the district on appropriate funding method and levels and stop loss levels, review and compare proposals for new benefit plans for district consideration, prepare a final summary report documenting the facts, findings and recommendations for the annual renewals including the general objectives, scope, methodology, statistics and problem areas in the current program, monitor medical and dental claims utilization periodically, research benefit issues and respond to technical benefit questions periodically, assist the district in maintaining compliance with welfare benefit plan regulations, assist the district with establishing procedures, meeting the requirements and complying with new welfare plan laws and regulations to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
