[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party claims administrator services for workers compensation program for maintains appropriate staff to administer its statutory requirements and philosophy, final authorization in the handling and processing of all claims, initial accident report to tpa to facilitate third party administrator timely filing of report of injury, assist and ensure lines of open communication between the employee, maintain contact with injured employees and assist in steering them through the recovery process, ensure that injured employees are provided necessary and quality medical care in a managed care environment, manage claims for early recovery from injury and early return to productive employment, identify and aggressively defend fraudulent claims and minimize litigation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
