[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security system maintenance services for able to be viewed on site at the location’s control room as required by risk management, card access and access control, relational and scalable database-based system where the security system application specified operates in a multi-user environment, ability to log record changes, method of backing up the database, ability to operate in a network environment, allows for the on-line monitoring (browser based) of cardholder and alarm transactions from any networked connected client on
the district’s system network, identify and understand needed repair, perform system testing and address all components offered and shall provide details of this training in the proposal, access for card access, access control, intercom, all fire alarm systems, security of the data communicated over the network to and from the browser, network controller, security application software tier contains the business logic and monitors and controls facility access, and performs alarm monitoring to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
(2) A highly recommended pre-bid site visit will be held on May 3, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 15, 2019.
