[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data management system for students.
- A data management system would be a “one-stop shop” to coordinate the following
needs and services:
- Establishing accommodations,
- Uploading and securely storing medical documentation,
- Providing accommodations to instructors regarding their classes,
- Note taking services,
- Requesting and acquiring their alternative format materials and books,
- Requesting and scheduling their accommodated exams.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
