[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vendor-hosted or cloud-hosted investigative case management and reporting solution for capability to grow, expand, and evolve with the current and newest browsers, technology, and needs of the state agency, intuitive web-based solution, secure hosted, and should include mobile capabilities, allow the state agency to set levels of use for all users, flexible and have configurable dropdown fields and reports templates, easily configurable dashboards, and widgets, track all user changes by case and employee, and include the ability to print reports by case and employee, ability to be toggled on and off, search capabilities allowing an easy search of content to include any attachments in the solution, accept and print notes, attachments, abilities that include sending email notifications, allow users to be able to view tasks associated to a specific case for an assigned user, allow users to be able to view messages from reviews or requests, and email to assist in facilitating system driven case processing, geographic mapping capabilities allowing users to view a map displaying districts, case locations, and hotspots, ability to print the geographic map including the geographic markers, allow the contractor to hover over the geographic markers to display a hyperlinked case number, that when clicked, will take the state agency user directly to the case information page, effective, industry standard, data security and system security controls and management, capability to securely archive data at the discretion of the state agency and to restore this data, if needed and allowed for some contractor staff as mutually agreed upon, off-shore contractor staffing and project work shall not be allowed.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
