[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional information technology services include audio-visual consulting and phone or voice over IP consulting for the period of July 2019 to June 2021, has a Microsoft based computer network infrastructure. business partner who will provide technical support for this infrastructure by performing issue remediation, routine maintenance and project related services. GRG may also look to the successful firm for consulting services and the execution of special projects concerning installation of software, short and long range IT planning, document management and retention and disaster recovery. In addition, we may consider procuring audio-visual consulting and phone or phone over IP services through this process
- to manage the cost of maintaining their IT network while improving end user satisfaction with the system. Assisting with the new office IT infrastructure design and office move will be of critical importance
• 24X7 monitoring of denoted servers and critical network components
• 24x7 response to critical servers and infrastructure failures
• 24x7 monitoring of firewall and denoted devices
• 24x7 monitoring of the following applications:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Server and Network Administration
• Management of Microsoft Service Packs and Security Patches
• Management of Datto Siris Backup System
• Management of Office 365 services and security
• Management of SharePoint Online file libraries
• After hours helpdesk support
• User administration remote access
• Regular onsite visits (Block time)
• Regular inspection of network, Wi-Fi and file server
• Regular/periodic cleaning and testing of backups by restore of test files
• Firewall administration
• Provide support for new/replaced servers
• Provide labor and support for migration of network operating systems/files
• Provide labor for server support
• Monthly reports of network health and vitality
• Coordination with audio-visual system as needed
• Electronic document management and retention advise and/or services
• Web access to reports on current status of service calls and projects
• Spyware monitoring, removal and cleaning
• Server down emergencies shall have a 2 hour or less response time
• Provide research and consultation on software and hardware solutions that align with GRG’s business needs with specifications and quotes for all recommended hardware, software, AV equipment and related products. Provide IT research and consulting services necessary to the government authority located in Missouri.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 15, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for two year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
