[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital master to archival microfilm services Using scanning resolution at 300 DPI into TIFF File format.
- The digital master is in TIF format. The original TIFs are scanned in 300 DPI. The Recorder of Deeds Office utilizes iCounty/Mobilis Recording Software.
(2) Approximately work volume will 15, 000 to 20,000 pages per months.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 21, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite.
