Vendor needs to provide information technology management and support services shall include support, planning, consultation and management of the following IT areas: server network, integration of software systems, Datto backup system, desktops/laptops/smart devices, Wi-Fi, anti-virus software and SonicWall firewall/security to the government authority located in Weldon Spring, MO.
- IT related activities as follows server performance remote monitoring and management, timely remote and onsite assistance and technical support, technical support for network server and individual workstations, installation and setup of all workstation, server and network related hardware and software equipment and systems, hardware troubleshooting and technical assistance and recommendation and installation of new hardware and software.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
