[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid dental benefit services for Dental benefit refers to the level of financial support for and coverage of dental services,
- Oral health is defined as a functional, structural, aesthetic, physiologic and psychosocial state of well-being and is essential to an individual’s general health and quality of life,
- Dental health is the sum of the diagnostic, preventive, consultative, supportive and therapeutic dental care offered by the dental profession or that portion provided a member of a dental health plan,
- Dental services are any diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic or restorative service provided by any qualified health care provider,
- Dental benefits to all eligible children enrolled in the Medicaid program as part of the comprehensive benefits provided through the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment benefit.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
