Government authority located in Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for cashier/payment management solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide cashier/payment management solution.
Must be a turnkey installation with configuration and support that fully integrates
with Banner.
- Must be easy and fast to install without placing a demand on the resources.
- Must provide implementation support through go live.
- Must integrate and update Banner software in real time.
- Must keep pace with Banner software upgrade schedules.
- Must have a test instance identical to production.
- Must work with two instances of Banner (Production and Test instances) software and data.
- Must include a secure infrastructure for individuals to make online payments and view billing information, as well as provide a staff administrator to view all elements, pulling from a single database.
- Must be compatible with common web browsers for all system functionality.
- Must provide hosted web-based usage and reporting.
- Must be a Vendor hosted system. Credit card information will not be stored on the University’s systems.
- Must be available on a 24 hours/day and 7 days/week schedule, including
holidays. The system must maintain a 99% uptime rating, excepting routine
maintenance downtime.
- Must have a single point of support.
- Must be PCI DSS compliant.
- Must be scalable to incorporate future system expansion.
- allow all payment plan fees to be retained by Southeast
- cashiering transaction journal, showing all user activity, that is archived for audit purposes
- ability to scan and view check images for audit control and dispute resolution purposes
- allow for estimated and applied financial aid to be included in the payment plan
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
