[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying services.
- Media Purchasing include Purchase all advertising space, including high school newspaper advertising, billboards, print, TV and other media, be the official media buying agency for the institution, a media buying plan including identification of channels and setting relevant goals
per channel, budget setting, analysis and justification, provide regular insights, market updates, and training on topics relevant to MCC’s media planning including upcoming trends and developments, campaign optimization, negotiation of agreements and placing of orders and pre- and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
