[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services for job description review, legal compliance and strategic compensation design to the government authority located in St. Charles, MO.
- initial job study analysis and recommendations to update and/or create accurate job descriptions for all positions
- compensation plan focused on internal equity and include future support for new job descriptions and related compensation as well as review and adjustments of established job descriptions and related compensation
- Update all position descriptions to accurately reflect essential and marginal job functions, job related qualifications, and actual duties and responsibilities
- Conduct focus groups with employees and ensure a process for input and appeals
- Ensure a process for supervisor input and agreement of job description
- Review classification specifications and determine the proper grouping or allocation of positions into job titles/classifications
- Conduct a market analysis of classification plans and subsequent compensation packages of regional and statewide districts and non-education employers comparable in size of services, workforce, and/or budget
- Develop recommendations and instruments for the internal administration and maintenance of the proposed classification and compensation plan which can be maintained on a long-term basis.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
