[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide new system purchase and implementation.
- cloud-based Grants Management software service that is fully functional using standard web browsers, for its application, data storage and reporting, invoice and billing process of CSF funds
- manage their application, reporting, and invoice and billing processes
- collecting and managing client level data across providers to coincide with billing
- track participation in interventions and outcomes using client IDs from various programs and providers, with the ability to do multivariate analysis on demographic indicators
- security administrator/manager shall manage security access settings to the system
- ability to override any system locked procedure and reset the application to any state
- ability to set rules for expiring or purging user account information
- ability to setup and run customized reports on application question data
- automations, moving the application from one stage to the next based on required actions
- allow user to submit an application if all required actions, fields, and tasks are not complete based on set rules
- automatically send an email to user when application is submitted and moved to the next stage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
