(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services shall maintain a division that is almost exclusive to governmental accounting, perform the annual audit of the city’s basic financial statements audit shall include an interim review prior to the end of the fiscal year and no earlier than September 30th, perform a single audit if required by the single audit act and review city’s investments to ensure compliance with city’s investment policy to the government authority located in O’Fallon, MO.
