Government authority located in Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for vehicle graphic designs service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic designs service on Greene county patrol vehicles and miscellaneous.
1. Graphics services intermittently needed for the following types of vehicles and miscellaneous equipment; Patrol Car 4 door (Typically a Dodge Charger)
- Patrol SUV 4 door (Typically a Chevrolet Tahoe, Dodge Durango, Ford Explorer)
- Patrol Truck 4 door (Typically 1/2-3/4 ton)
- Patrol Motorcycle (Typically a Harley Davidson with Saddle Bags)
- Van (Typically Ford Transit, Dodge Sprinter) o Bus 30 Passenger (Shuttle size)
- Bus 70 Passenger (Full size)
- Mobile Command Post (RV 53' long)
2. Bidder must have secure after hours inside storage for up to 6 patrol vehicles.
3. Bidder will have climate controlled interior work space to accommodate vehicles up to 13' height and 53'
4. Bidder must possess application techniques and methods which do not damage (cut, scratch, dent) vehicle paint and finish. Installer will be liable for damages.
5. Bidder must produce, print, laminate and apply graphics at their business location.
6. Bidder must complete typical patrol vehicle graphic installation within 48 hours of scheduled installation appointment.
7. Bidder may be required to provide sample materials and graphic prints for examination prior to award of contract.
- Miscellaneous Apparatus (small box trailers, ATVs, portable light or generator trailers)
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
