Government Authority located in St. Louis, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for digital signage services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital signage services shall provide, install, set-up, test and support a secure system, including content, to enable the electronic display of information on up to 25 display monitors at MSD’s main office and 15 remote locations to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- Content management system, any relevant content, and any necessary additional hardware that would help communicate relevant information to our target audiences.
- To provide support including Timely and regular system maintenance including provision, installation and testing of all necessary updates and upgrades of software and firmware necessary for functionality and security, 24x7x365 system monitoring along with reporting and resolution of
incidents / issues / problems in accordance with pre-established procedures and service level agreements, Help Desk support.
- System features should include storage and delivery platform with mobile and remote administrative capabilities, the ability to accommodate multiple file types including all commonly
used video, audio and graphic types, the ability to display video conferencing or live streaming, ability to caption video such as with SRT files, the ability to display and store multiple files greater than or equal to 1gb each, the ability to archive and store content for future use or manual
deletion/removal of old content.
- Ability to display MSD supplied content, including video with or without audio, graphics, social feeds, and employee announcements in multiple formats, the ability to schedule and control content deployment including future date deployment, cancellations, and scheduled deployment and cancellation of content over regular intervals over a prescribed period of time, the ability to integrate data from other systems to display dashboards, the ability to display RSS feeds and tickers such as weather, NEWS, The ability to display original social media posts and/or mentions from multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, The ability to lock monitor controls to prevent unapproved use.
(2) A highly recommended pre-bid conference will be held on September 25, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 4, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
