[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide web assessment and redesign services using content management system that must be fully cloud hosted, SaaS, designed for decentralized web owners, editors, authors and teams, and vendor supported and maintained on an ongoing basis.
- The project will include a redesign of the site’s information architecture, usability and acceptance testing, implementation of content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and implementation of the appropriate content management system optimized and based on the new architecture, strategy, governance, SEO and design.
- The new website will serve primarily as a recruitment and marketing tool for the University and must be designed to:
- Increase brand awareness and visibility of University, its degree offerings, and campus info
- Create an interface that allows prospective students and parents and families to easily learn about university and apply for admission, even if they have never visited our site before
- Improve engagement and outreach with Lincoln University alumni;
- Strengthen relationships with potential and past donors; and
- Encourage content owners to create original, useful content with an easy-to-use content management system.
- The CMS must integrate or be interoperable with
- Ellucian Colleague ERP
- Ellucian CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and identity management,
- Major payment processing and ecommerce vendors
- Active Directory
- Hyland OnBase
- Blue Tiger portals
- Canvas LMS

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
