[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide golf point of sale and administrative software.
- Detailed receipt printing including customer account name and account balance
- Proper notes in inventory for accountability and improved ability to track and adjust inventory products when reps pick up items or we send them back
- Shared club credit and gift cards
- Customer accounts should have reprint options for receipts, actual invoices, and monthly statements either through the POS or reports.
- Fully integrated database between website, online store, POS, and Email or app marketing
- Allowing a customer to pay for multiple guests in one reservation and not have to have built in workarounds to get the particular profile type discount on fees and products for the guests
- Usage of iPad on a cloud-based system
- Real time updated reports and inventories
- Ability to purchase lessons, leagues, or other events online
- access to a fully functional test environment of proposed software for testing prior to interviews being conducted
- Multiple users shall be able to access the system with role-based security for golf staff. Preferred integration and authentication method Active Directory
- Outline Cash Management Control System
- Merchandise scanning for speed and accuracy
- Quick and flexible customer lookup to include swipe card, scan card, chip and pin card, type on screen or with keyboard
- automatically calculate fees based upon time of day or day of week. - Zip code tracking for marketing proposes
- Automatic discounts/mark-ups based on customer class
- Pre-paid account feature
- Built in customer loyalty and affinity program
- Easy to use checkout procedures and shift changes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
