Government authority located in ST. Louis, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for bank depository services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide bank depository services to the government authority located in ST. Louis, MO.
- Operating Account – Includes general deposits and transactions.
- Payroll Clearing Account – All employee payments are issued to this account in the form a direct deposits or manual checks. Funds from the Operating Account are swept into this account daily to maintain a ZBA.
- Food Service Account – Deposits are made to these accounts daily by food service personnel. Total in each account at close of day is automatically transferred from this account to the Operating Account.
- Debt Service Account – Includes semi-annual transactions for payment of long-term debt. Revenues primarily consist of transfers from the Operating Account.
- Provide for remote deposit of checks.
- Furnish depository bags with locks and keys.
- Furnish depository bags –non-locking, zippered.
- Furnish pre-printed 2-part deposit slips, with coding for each location.
- Furnish pre-printed checks for the various accounts.
- Furnish cashier’s checks.
- Monthly account analysis of each account showing the volumes, fees charged, and total price for servicing the account if fees will be applied. The account analysis should show the average ledger balances and average collected balances. Please submit a sample of the monthly account analysis statement that will be provided to the District.
- On-line banking services (internal transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, balance lookup, detail deposit lookup, account reconciliation, direct deposit of payroll, etc.) including daily reports of all activity for each account.
- The Depository shall notify the District with deposits containing insufficient fund checks.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
