[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school evaluation consultant service to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.
- Struggling academic achievement at the secondary level;
- High level of transfers out of KCPS boundaries as students approach secondary school grades, despite 15 high school options within KCPS boundaries (charter/KCPS);
- Challenges with providing robust middle/high school experience with small school sizes;
- Operating inefficiencies;
- Low retention rates at signature programs;
- Growing diversity of overall enrolment, but re-segregation of individual schools; and
- Feeder patterns/grade configurations are challenging for families to navigate.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
