Vendor needs to provide consulting services for identification of administrative reorganization and performance improvement opportunities to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.
- Interview and perform a needs assessment based on input from several stakeholders - staff in the Office of the Provost, Faculty, Faculty Council Chair, Deans, Vice Chancellors, the Chancellor, and others as deemed appropriate,
- Determine opportunities for improvement through the evaluation of the people, processes, and technology that enable administrative functions,
- Provide a list of actionable items for reorganization of the Office of the Provost via creation of new, or modification of existing roles so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
