Government Authority located in Springfield, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for wireless access points internal connections services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide wireless access points internal connections services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.
- This project is for the procurement and installation of wireless access points and controllers to be implemented District wide using a phased approach.
- The contractor agrees to adhere to any price offered in their proposal for the length of the agreement and any of its extensions. Contractor further agrees to pay any and all costs to recover breech of these terms provided to the District.
- The district is participating in the federal universal service discount program for schools and libraries, offered by the federal communications commission, via the schools and libraries division. The proposal and the contract negotiated implementing this proposal, are conditional and subject to full E-Rate funding by the SLD. The District reserves the right to cancel or in any manner reduce the scope of this procurement in the event the SLD does not completely fund the request for funding submitted referencing this proposal.
- Each contractor providing services to the District as part of the E-Rate program must have a service provider identification number. Offeror is responsible to apply to and receive from the schools and libraries division a valid SPIN. Schools and libraries corporation can be reached online.
- Portions of this project qualifies under the requirements of the federal e-rate program and the successful contractor must abide by the requirements of this program, extending discounts as appropriate.
- The successful contractor is responsible for all the services and e-rate discounts for sub-contractors and other services that may be required to complete this project.

- Any costs incurred in preparing or responding to this proposal will be the responsibility of the contractor.
- All contractors are required to provide a complete proposal for the portion(s) of the project they are submitting; including all, installation line charges to complete the project.
- A complete description of all products and/or services being proposed including specifications sheets and warranty information must accompany each proposal.
- Pricing should include: one year pricing.
- Pricing for services must be fixed for the life of the contract.
- The contractor agrees to pass to the District any decrease in cost for any service provided to the district during the terms of this agreement.

(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
