[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide aerial and mobile LiDAR mapping and surveying services for design and development of the specified highway project and defined as either mobile or static system to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.
-  Services shall include analytics, compilation and terrain modelling in addition to orthophoto imaging, ground targeting, aerial photography, light detection and ranging acquisition, control surveying.
- Both aerial and terrestrial projects will require the mapping of obscure areas, utilities and draining, etc. for a full topographic service.
