[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online student registration solution from any computer or mobile device, also include the creation and enrollment of students new to the district, as well as, re-enrollment of former students who have transferred out, system will prompt the parent/guardian to schedule an enrollment appointment at the school building the student will attend to finalize the enrollment.
- As registrations are completed using the online enrollment system, student data will be uploaded into the PowerSchool database using a direct integration routine. The online enrollment program will provide a logical process flow to collect data for all information on your current registration related forms. All these information data points flow to document repository as part of a standard forms package; they are searchable and available for reference within the document repository by licensed staff members. All data points are also available for inclusion on our key data export, which allows for flexibility in reporting.
- Service will have the ability to include standard enrollment questions and necessary survey questions, including acknowledgment of policies and other forms as needed, student enrollment information, including but not limited to student demographics, ethnic/race survey, guardian demographics, sibling demographics, emergency contact information, social restrictions, employment/migrant survey, home language survey, ability to update student information including contacts, ability to access live links, such as sending a parent to the proper website for completing free and reduced lunch forms, technology acceptable use agreements, ability to test/review the system and make adjustments/changes as needed, ability to be able to accommodate translations in languages that read left to right, using languages supported as a standard part of the windows operating system, ability to generate user-friendly reports and an explanation of how documents are collected and retained.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 31, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
