[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide broker consulting services for health and welfare plans to the district’s employees, include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, section 125 plan, STD/LTD insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, voluntary critical illness policy, voluntary accident plan, voluntary identity theft protection, employee assistance program to the government authority located in Liberty, MO.
- Consultation and guidance regarding governmental mandates such as PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA, the
Internal Revenue Code, applicable state law, etc. as well as assist with and provide communications with COBRA administration vendor and section 125 administration vendor. Proactively research and advise the District of any new developments regarding regulatory compliance pertaining to employee benefit programs on an on-going basis and provide ongoing legal assistance through internal or external sources to assist the District in evaluating and resolving related issues.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
