(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized federal aviation legal counsel services from law firms and other interested parties to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- Provide federal aviation and compliance advice and counsel on matters under the jurisdiction of the department and its federal administration.
- Work with relevant federal regulatory agencies on aviation and issues
- Provide counsel on airport governance matters.
- Provide representation in legal proceeding and litigation support involving aviation or airport matters.
- Draft and negotiate airport use agreement, contract, lease, policies, and other legal documents
- Provide such other legal advice and legal services to the city.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2020
