[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide programmatic, administrative and legal services may include managing and facilitating real estate redevelopment, as needed (including soliciting and engaging with potential developers; administering site redevelopment activities, such as assembling due diligence data required for redevelopment; and overseeing site preparation activities, such as demolition and environmental remediation), overseeing management and maintenance of port-owned properties; overseeing and/or implementing the port’s various economic development initiatives (e.g., the port’s grant program, special taxing districts, and various investment projects); determining when additional professional services must be procured to support the port; assisting partnership staff to provide all board-required support, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and resolutions; consulting with the chair and other members of the port board, as needed; and coordinating with partnership staff to fulfil the port’s programmatic and administrative needs to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
