[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit scheduling and dispatch software as a service for its RideKC freedom program.
- This solution must be hosted by the bidder, hosted by a cloud services provider, or provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and delivered to the end users – including KCATA Staff and other Contract Staff - as a web based or similar solution
- Able to accommodate multiple eligibility types with accompanying policies that should be applied during the reservations process
- ability to ensure trip origin and destination are within service area zones
- Ability to create new service-based zones
- Allow user access to map views of the service area, individual routes or runs and/or bus stops, specific street addresses, or other specified zoom levels
- Ideally, the system will be a secure, reputable platform, fully functional with both Windows and macOS operating systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
