[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic accident insurance services to the government authority located in Missouri.
- Provide coverage for athletes participating in the actual sporting event as well as provide coverage for athletes participating in regular training, off-season training, and mandatory team building activities and team entertainment
- The medical deductible must not exceed $5,000 (per athlete, per injury) for the following athletic sports: football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, volleyball, baseball, softball, men’s and women’s track and field, men’s and women’s cross country, tennis, and women’s soccer.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 21, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
